St. Paul’s Anglican Theological Seminary has been founded for one purpose and mission: to educate and equip Christians for service in the Church of Jesus Christ, using the resources of the Anglican tradition: orthodox, catholic, reformed and evangelical.
We hold a strong commitment to the Holy Scriptures as God’s infallible Word, and adhere to the theology of the English Reformers as expressed in the Thirty-nine Articles of Religion.
St. Paul’s Anglican Theological Seminary strives to produce Biblically grounded, orthodox, and successful priests who are excellent pastors and exceptional preachers. This emphasis is reflected in the heavy concentration in Scripture, pastoral theology, and homiletic instruction.
Our philosophy is that as a Seminary, we must provide to our students more than just a theological education. We must also endeavor to strengthen and develop their spiritual lives while teaching them to build lifelong habits of prayer, worship and study. We seek to guide our postulants in obtaining not merely a head knowledge, but rather a living and intimate knowledge of God.
St. Paul’s Anglican Theological Seminary is strictly a religious school. All lessons are bible lessons or bible related lessons. All courses and subjects are bible based and Christ centered. We offer ONLY religious related degrees, and do not offer secular training of any kind.
Our degrees MUST be earned! We do not sell or give away our degrees and certificates. The semester hours required to earn our certificate, degrees and diplomas may be earned through a combination of the studies we offer and the credit we allow for documented religious training and religious work experience.
We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, race, religion, nationality, income, social status or health. Any adult (ages 18+) may enroll. All are expected to maintain high moral standards and to make sincere, earnest efforts with their studies.
